Problem Statement

The client requires to whitelist a built-in signature for all the applications configured on Haltdos WAF.

Solution

1. Go to Global Whitelist page to add a global whitelist for all applications configured on Haltdos WAF.

2. Click on Add Rule to start creating a global whitelist rule.

3. Fill in the details and the URI and Rule Id. Rule Ids can be obtained from incident page or FP Finder.

4.Click on Save Changes to add the Global Whitelist rule applicable for all applications configured on Haltdos WAF.
